What we collect
When you join the Field Notes list we collect the first name, email address, country and primary activity you enter in the form. We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask for anything else.
TernTERN collects as little as possible, and only to bring you along before launch. Last updated 5 August 2026.
When you join the Field Notes list we collect the first name, email address, country and primary activity you enter in the form. We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask for anything else.
We use your details to send you news about the TERN launch, to work out which early samples and flavours suit you, and to know where in the world our first supporters are. Your country and activity help us shape the product; they are never sold or traded.
Signups are stored in a secure, access-controlled database hosted by our infrastructure provider. The list is not readable from this website — only TERN can access it.
We keep your details for as long as you stay on the Field Notes list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your record, we remove it.
You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
